Ropes Course

This is a high-adventure team building and leadership development program for work groups from all types of business and industry. Using “fun - tested” outdoor experiential training exercises, participants discover new and better ways to solve problems, resolve conflict, and acquire new skills for effective communication and improved leadership.

The Ropes Course experience involves a series of specially designed elements ranging in height from 2–45 feet on an outdoor adventure course. These obstacles will challenge participants to work through physical, emotional, and intellectual barriers as a team.

This “wilderness - style adventure” will profoundly effect each individual both personally and professionally. A new sense of self-confidence and self-awareness is the reward for individual participants. For organizations, these personal achievements result in employees with more confidence to bring forward new and creative ideas and to complete difficult team projects.
